You should try their telephone customer contempt service
If you think thats bad, try Dell's customer contempt line. I once spent half an hour on the phone at my cost, trying to get a Dell employee to give me the address of a Dell service centre in the UK. My laptop was dead but the Dell person wanted me to strip it to the bare bones to see if fiddling with it would fix it. After half an hour I gave up and sent it a non Dell repair shop. I also vowed never to deal with Dell again since they seem to make their money on their "Help" lines, not PC's
