We've yet to regret ..
Four years ago I switched our 26 person office from a history of Windows to Macs overnight, without so much of a day of training. On Friday I told everyone to back up to the server and over the weekend two hired hands brought in Macs and set them up. On Monday I told everyone what we'd done and told them to log onto the server (linux) and retrieve their backup Word, Powerpoint, etc files. By noon everyone was running smoothly... Since then our IT costs have dropped as has our software costs including not needing (yet) any expensive anti-virus software (that's only as good as the last update, which is only done after the virus has been released to the public)...

We're yet to regret switching...
