So true, mis-guided beliefs will only bite you in the rear.

However 'Perception is Reality' is a distortion effect that muddies the water and makes one learn the hard way.
Windows is the best OS out there (far far ahead of any other OS) on all fronts
a) user experience
b) features
c) ease of use
d) plug and play and devices supported
e) power management
f) application support
g) development tools

All these and many more make Windows head and shoulders above the rest of the wanna be pack.
