Standard browser in Puppy Linux
You will like this: Seamonkey is the standard browser in Puppy Linux and in DSL-N (the somewhat bigger brother of Damn Small Linux, alias DSL). Ofcourse the other parts of the Seamonkey suite are included as well.

Not in DSL though; DSL has an old version of Firefox (1.0.x) and the super simple Dillo.

A very simple, mean-and-lean stand alone browser is Galeon. Also Mozilla based. Galeon is in the software repositories of Ubuntu. I sometimes use Galeon when I want to check the performance of Firefox.
