On Cheating
Pre-school cheating: you sit down and talk it over with the cheater and explain why it's wrong and what the consequences will be in later life. Award the game, cookie, toy to the person who didn't cheat and tell the cheater that his or her consequence is they lose automatically.

Grade School cheating: you get a zero on the material and have to redo it... with a reduction in grade for being able to retake it. Detention and parents get notified.

High School cheating: you get a zero on the material, and don't get to retake it. Detention and parents get notified.

College and higher education: first offense, you get a zero on the material and you're dropped from that class. You need it, you have to start from square one again. Second offense, you get kicked out of the school, you want the degree, then reapply and start over - BTW, your transcript should be wiped too. No freebies on transferring to a different school.

In Real Life: I beleive that's called stealing. And theft has a whole set of its own legal consequences.
