Gilbert Jimenez, the state deputy inspector general for investigations, incorrectly intimated to the Chicago Tribune on (1/4/07) that the people taking the test were full-timers with all the time in the world to slowly go through the material.
The truth is everyone had to take the test: full-timers, part-timers, everyone. So the guy telling us we're not ethical because we're better and faster at taking the test, can't even get his facts straight.
