COPA

I think we should keep the COPA law, but just
change the orientation so as to prosecute any
and all guardians of minors who allow said
adolescents to gain access to material
deemed "harmful to children." as set by
"contemporary community standards." The
$50,000 fine and six-month prison term
sounds equally reasonable to me also.
