JUST A QUICK NOTE OF OPINION
Plain and simple, the mother is also responsible for the attack, why the hell would any parent allow their children full access to the internet and internet sites, now dont get me wrong like I am taking the pervs side but the parents are just as liable for anything that there kid or kids do on or off the internet, right? so they are just as at fault like the perv until people wake up and see that children will have attacks like this parents need to monitor their kids which I am sorry to say that most parents dont anymore.
