Except that most software is not 64-bit
nor are most drivers.
Also, you have a nasty Microsoft enforced warning
screen if you are trying to use non-signed drivers
each time you boot. Not a killer, but stupid and
annoying.

Also, as someone else pointed out, if you don't
have at least 4 GB on your motherboard, what's the
point?
