This is a good start..

but what MS really needs to do is just stop selling ANY Windows products in Europe and blame the EU Commission for their abusive and discriminating practices.

I am all for competition and here in the US it seems not to be a problem. Apple, MS, and Linux all co-exist and spur innovation. Apparently on the other side of the water competition means getting a free ride for marketshare and advertising (Opera) and throwing frivilous lawsuits to extrapolate money from big firms (IBM/MS).

This will be an interesting development to watch and see where it goes.
