ITunes updates
I absolutely detest the ITunes software I must run on my pc. In addition, why must every ITunes update download the whole program over again? Why can't we have small incremental upgrades that are only 1 MB or even 10 MB in size. But a weekly 64MB download is crazy! I have told my mother who would really like an IPOD not to bother as on dial-up she could never update I-Tunes. There are rural areas that only have dial-up. She can do most of her windows updates. When it's service pack time she brings her PC to my house 200 miles away for high speed updates! But these are fewer a farther between than each week.
