We are not talking OSX here.

I sometimes wonder about you Apple fanboys, obviously literacy is not a requirement for ownership. What Apple does in OSX and what they try to get away with in Windows are two different things. I had only have one piece of Apple software on my system but kept getting update notifications for iTunes which I wouldn't let within 50 feet of my front door let alone installed on my computer systems and now for Safari. They come in with the default set to install and the updater tends to come in when I am busy with something else so a careless click could get two pieces of software I don't want. I now use another program capable of showing quicktime movies without the need for quicktime and so I have purged all Apple software off my non-Appole computers. I don't bas Apple as I have two Apple computers in my setup, they have their uses just not anything to do with my business dealings. Microsoft's update service is superior but I guess for most they will damned if they do and damned if they don't. But in future postings read the article and understand what OS is being talked about before your fanboy bashing.
