Apple should make the ignore option more obvious.

Other than that, you point about the generic license
agreement that they "never saw". Sorry, but what apple is
saying is that the itunes license covers the basics. And
who cares because so few people ever read that and the
ones who want to easily could.

So, the big question is, are people going to be confused
into thinking that iTunes will no longer work if they don't
install Safari. The answer to that is again a very small
percentage of people and those people will never run safari
so they are not who Apple was after anyway.

As I see it, Apple is making it easy for people to decide "ya!
I'd like to give safari a try". As I told someone else, we will
find out if this was a good thing or a bad thing next
quarter when safari statistics come out. If there is a major
increase in usage then people understood what they were
doing and choose to not only install it but also use it. If
there is little or no increase in usage, then apple is wasting
an extra 30MB on windows hard drives and little else.

Ether way, this is not a big deal!
