- AppleTV doesn't do enough

Hard disk too small. Doesn't support WMA. No TV tuner. Requires streaming and has to be managed from another room using iTunes. Etc. etc. etc.
It's nice for some people, but doesn't do what I want it to do, as you would find out if you read the full story.
