Load-time Decisions

I have to agree - a lot of Windows performance is dragged down by arrogant developers that insure that THEIR application will be started at bootup, THEIR application will appear in the tray, and oh-by-the-way, THEIR application will be stored in a subfolder under THEIR corporate name.
Such attitudes do as much to displease customers as actual bugs.
Wise up, developers. If your stuff is good, we'll use it when and where appropriate. We don't ned you to determine that for us.
