Mr Gates appears to have no appreation for the loyal usere that have lined his pockets through,ms doss, 3.1, 98, milinien, 95, xp, and now vista, not to mention the office products, upgrades, media additions.I might not have given gates a billion dollars, but I've sure done my part to get him there. And how is my loyalty rewarded. By making me jump through hoops to get my prodects actavated, and by treating me like a crook or a pirate, despite my many years of support. And by allowing his company to treat me like a pong game by bouncing me back and forth between technical support and activation.while all the time no one appears to have the ability or desire to resolve the issue, or the ability to speak english.
