And here comes the 240GB iPod classics, *keeps fingers crossed*
Or alternatively, a 80GB or so flash iPod classic - you can keep that touch feature and large screen - I need all my music with me at all times, with lots of battery life and that On an iPod dock interface. I also need the hard-drive to not die every 4-6 months just because I occasionally will go jogging/snowboarding with the thing in my pocket.
Seriously though, if Apple shafts function over form for the iPod yet again, I'm through buying Apple personal players. WiFi and touch and video playback are all good and fine, but I have my PDA for that. I HOPE they don't forget that it started as a portable music player and that is its MAIN function - everything else is frills.
And before you ask, yes, I DO need all that space and I DO have several towers worth of CDs that the music came off.
