I really hope Google Wave accelerates interest & development of HTML5 web apps. IE will surely be the last browser to support HTML5, but this could create an opportunity for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera, to increase market share.
There really needs to be a major global push, to get users to migrate from IE to browsers that support the most current web standards (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera).
