- What a pity for Movable Type

The software that plays a strong role in getting people blogging in the early days was overtaken by a follower (WordPress) just shows that business decision on software is one that is difficult to make correctly.
We all understand why Movable Type move to commercial only. That was the trend, a fading one, in 2004. It appears that Movable Type management did not manage to make the business plan leap the way WordPress management did.
