This really is SCOX part deaux, isn't it?

If I recall the script, though, the next act after everyone says that "there's nothing to worry about because nobody would be stupid enough to actually sue" is that the Management pulls out a phone book and sues a couple of its customers just to prove it can.

Now, the real question is whether Microsoft can get the addresses right or if they'll stick to the script and send the cease-and-desist to a freeway interchange.
