- Long live eclipse
- Eclipse is one of the best things to come out of open source. The plug-ins are great especially for RoR and PHP. I love the little build in web browser (how often do u see that in an IDE) and the way each plug-in is so unique to it's languge yet keeps a consistent, clean, layout.
