Google Lockin
If one can live with the potential for Google lock-in, Google Wave will
be a compelling option for many organizations looking at adopting
Enterprise 2.0.

What Google lock-in? The protocol is a public protocol, and all the
software for Wave is being open sourced. There is absolutely nothing
stopping anyone from creating their own non-Google Wave server that
can interoperate with Google's server (or not, if you're so inclined). You
don't have to live with any potential lock-in.
