If Lance believes he can experience the full internet in all it's glory on a 2.5" diagonal screen, knock yourself out. I believe this category will happen.
Cost aside, I will much prefer to carry a 5-6" screen device with resolution and speed to allow me to experience the internet (Web 2.0 applications specifically) than through a 3" peephole.
The price argument is irrelevant. Over time, these x86 based devices will cost $299, have a superior UI than the 30 year old PARC interface found in PC's/laptop. I'm sure Lance is not the target market anyway.
