Becoming cyborg: Beware inequalities ahead

Joint Replacement != Cyborg: Cyber Organic beings happen to have their replaced appendages communicate with them, Meaning that if you have a fully functioning arm that works by communicating with the nerves in your shoulder, you would be a cyborg. If you happen to just have a prosthetic arm, then you have just a prosthetic arm.

Cyber is Latin for communication. I think I read that in the Tech Republic Trivia column from Jay Garmon.
