How many people over a period of time?
Let's say that a site goes from 1,000,000 users on a given day to 600,000 a few months later, and that during that time period 3 million people have been members of the "community".

Though the number of views will be highly variable, you've been able to expose 3 million people to your product at least once. And all of them have been in the site's demographic, which may be desireable to you and difficult to reach otherwise.

How much is that worth?
