This is refreshing for a group of people to realize that the industrial food problem won't be solved by the local organics movement. We support local organics and eat that way to the best of our ability. But the real problem is corporate culture and those 40,000 items on the middle isles aren't going to go away. Too much power and money is invested in that system.
But we can work with those manufacturers to get them to produces safer, healthier and more ecological products. That is our mission but we need people to tune in.
