Get rid of MS Office suites/desktops & Server OS
I can see no valid reason why anyone (other than they think they need it) the end user could not use Open Office.

Also, that goes for Outlook, Thunderbird has new calendering features and it is more secure than Outlook.

Also, SQL Server, why is this needed, everything can be done for free in mysql, or equivalent.

Also, last but not least apache/dns/email/dhcp/samba all of these can be done for free in Centos or an equivalent without spending tons of money on anti-virus for the servers.

With the money savings from licensing, one could buy new hardware or use Xen in a Linux distro or kvm that will be standard in the rhel or cent distro's.

Plus the facts that the only people who really under the code of 'Windows' is virus writers and hackers.
