Expect everything weighed against ROI.
IT for the sake of IT is going to be a thing of the past. Just because everyone is doing it is no longer going to be a good enough excuse. If you can't prove its benefit to the balance sheet don't even look at it.

IT's ROI can be measured one way - increased efficiency. If your IT move can't prove that, it is NOT going to happen.
