one size doesn't fit all
This is sounding like an attractive solution to many IT woes. However...

One thing I didn't like so much in the description - one desktop install for all users does not work at all for our organisation, and I'm certain would not for most organisations. Different users have different needs and access to different applications. On top of that, I'd have concerns about software that certain users need installed. I wouldn't want it to be a time-consuming stumbling block every time a user needs some specific software.

On top of that, I have to wonder about pricing. They are saying it can cost $5000 per workstation with a standard setup. That's possibly true if you include hardware and setup time. A number like that being thrown around makes me wonder what sort of price tag they'll put on this zen desktop.
