I can see some very interesting opportunities here for (just for example) $EMPLOYER. Our suite of embedded-application dev tools has mostly avoided Java until now because it was too "heavy" for most of our applications -- too much baggage.

With visibility into the JVM and some of our library optimization tools, it should be possible to leave unused Java functions out of the runtime for some serious savings.
