The cart before the horse?
With low skilled/educated labor and low (negative) savings rate, I don't think the ingredients for a fundamental rebound exist in the US. I guess Wall Street would like to continue to be able to fleece us, but hopefully, being taken once is enough for most investors. Wall Street loves IPO's but unless the underlying businesses are sound, it is just another way to rip off investors.
