work-force plentiful, but will execs recruit, relo, pay?
The USA is swimming in a vast STEM work-force that is going under-
employed.

Every month, well-known STEM firms receive tens of thousands of
resumes from capable STEM workers, and employment agencies (and
body shops) are receiving nearly 100K per month.

The question is whether and if so when STEM execs will be willing,
once more, to fly in workers for interviews, relocate them, and invest
in a few weeks of hyper-specific education/training?
