I neither believe it's our most valuable nor it is quality, imho.

If they are just now figuring this out, it might be too little-too late for them. They cannot move fast enough nor do they have the trust they once had in the people to make the move. The MSM is a dinosaur and the trend today is for news to decentralize. They are quickly becoming just another source, and a poor one at that.

How many more buildings do they have left to mortgage?
