...doesn't even show up on their radar because it's so insignificant? 4000 people that read the page isn't all that much to Apple. I don't see your blog post being reposted on any other popular tech news sites. They obviously don't feel it's worth their PR department's time to even respond.

Here's my take. You dropped your laptop or something on it (contrary to your story) and Apple denied you coverage. Since you have a conduit on a semi respective tech news site you feel if you make a big enough stink about your cracked screen, Apple will relent you fix it for you. Since that didn't work you put together another post about how Apple is arrogant because they didn't notice any of your previous posts complaing about AppleCare.

Face it you aren't going to get your laptop fixed. Get over and buy the replacement part and do it yourself.
