What is the REAL ROI of PR?
What is the business owner/stakeholder's goal in spending money on Public Relations. What value measures are real at predicting or correlating with Value?

These questions are not easy to answer. But there is a way.

My collaboration partner and I have developed REAL ROI to document business requirements and their business value and is applicable in markting activities.

The trick is use the business requirements to rigoursly identify measures that tell us it is a problem or opportunity and then the find the root causes. Addressing the root causes with business requirement creates the value for the company.

Long sales cycles, deals going on in our terriroty that we don't find out about until is too late, etc. etc.
