Not sure what you or the other responders mean in terms
of an advantage.

Google Docs are already stored in the cloud for you --
that's part of the whole idea.

Perhaps you are just referring to a way to backup all
your google docs, in a way more simple, intuitive, and
transparent then the google docs offline feature. And I'm
certainly all for that.
