RE: Could new Google Docs be interface for GDrive?
While Google could launch a GDrive service, solutions
are emerging to leverage disk space in Google's cloud.

OffiSync (www.offisync.com) is a MS Office Add-on that
let's you save, search, collaborate, and retrieve MS
Office Docs from Google Docs storage. Extending this
integration to Google Sites will let companies setup
up sites as document libraries through which they can
securely use Google storage space directly from within
Office Apps.
