The Internet is not secure.....
What part of security do people not understand, if you put data on a 'cloud' or 'portal' type of application or system it can be breached. Also, it will have loop-holes allowing someone with other motives to get in.

Common-sense tells you when you put all of your eggs in one giant basket, all it takes is one episode and it is all over. I do not want some big MEGA CORP holding my data online nor allow them to manage it.

Just another 'ooops' waiting to happen.
