Android is not a product, it's a component
I'm thinking that 2-3 years from now, the iPhone will have the bigger mindshare while Android will have the bigger marketshare.

Just like most people don't know that their car GPS navigator technically runs Windows Mobile or that their TiVo technically runs Linux, they won't know that their new phone runs Android.

That's the main reason why I think the Android vs. iPhone comparison is flawed.
