Steve Jobs said "If Apple think that, for us to win, MS has to lose,
then Apple has already lost."

I think it's the same to MS-Google war right now. If Microsoft really want to compete and beat Google in search and Internet ads business,then MS has already lost. But if Microsoft is trying to do what Steve Jobs did with Apple in the past 10 year: Do what they think and can do best and cooperate with Google instead of seeing them as a sworn enemy, MS can eventually win.
