Microsoft spends $486 million to compete with Google

Steve Jobs said "If Apple think that, for us to win, MS has to lose,: then Apple has already lost."

I think it's the same to MS-Google war right now. If Microsoft really want to compete and beat Google in search and Internet ads business,then MS has already lost.
