It seams to me that Android is just another tool meant to promote Google's services, which carries a lot of value -- after all who doesn't know Google? I do believe they've made a mistake by not going for a cool phone to go with Android. It looks like they're starting to realize it and are taking steps to rectify the situation. I will not be surprised if pretty soon Google comes out with a gPhone. When they do, Apple had better have a new version of the iPhone ready to go.
