You cannot store Voltage!
If you're going to write about technical topics, please ensure that you understand what you're talking about. Voltage is electrical pressure. Just as you can't store pressure, you can't store voltage. You can store charge and you can convert a low voltage to a higher one. If you don't understand terminology, please get someone who does to proof read your article.
