Not paranoid...just smart...

I live in the Midwest, tornado alley, and the damage done by tornadoes is from flying debris which is no different from shrapnel. The same goes for towns in hurricane prone areas, too. I think that a great mix for tornado alley houses is composite wrap on the outside and stuff like this on the inner walls.
