If it's so common, why do we need more of it?
Mmk, I've never heard of this emzyme, or anybody suffering from a lack of it, so I assume that it's readily available and/or easily created by our bodies.

So, do we really need to add this as a supplement? Do we really need to forcefully put extra amounts of it into our diets?

Frankly, it's my opinion we're too addicted to this craze of supplementing everything and anything in our diets. If somebody is low on it, yeah, give them extra. But I don't think we need to supplement it to everybody - that's just overkill and a waste of resources.
