Hybrids AREN'T "plugable" cars
There aren't any "plugable" hybrids in the market. A few people may add some extra batteries that may require a plug, but that is not a standard vehicle. The only "plugable" cars in the market are 100% electric (with only a max of about 100 mile range per charge) and can't be called hybrids.

Get your facts straight. There is a huge difference between hybrids and electric vehicles.
