RE: Nanopictures on your diamonds? Really?
Erwan Le Roy of Newark, CA (from the whois info) is listed on several different patents that were filed between 2002 - 2005.
All the patents that list his name are related to ion beam etching. It is used in semiconductor design, testing and rework. These patents were filed by Credence Systems, which makes equipment for semiconductor manufacturing.
It looks like he is applying his expertise to gemstones. Therefore, I would assume that this is for real.
