However, JD Power tells us a slightly different story

According to their latest survey the iPhone is ranked
top in customer satisfaction for both consumer and
business users. In fact I was surprised at the size
of the large margin the iPhone has with business
users.

I guess this means that if you live in an area with
no ATT service you shouldn't buy an iPhone but if,
like the vast majority of the population (if not the
geogrpahy) you do live in an area served by ATT then
an iPhone seems like a pretty good idea.
