People generally don't leave if......
they are happy and challenged. I guess, on top of Mr. Jobs considerable skills, he can be quite a tyrant. If you are a very talented and highly knowledgeable/skilled individual at the higher levels of corporate management, you probably have the backbone and confidence to discretely tell Jobs where to go at some point. Good for them (maybe bad for Apple).
