Please stop the whining
If you want MMS or tethering, there are other phones and other providers more then willing to work with you.

Apple chose AT&T; You chose Apple.

If you want to use technology that adapts to the way you do things, that you can use the way you see fit, choose another vendor.

Otherwise, please shut up and use the equipment you purchased the way Apple and partners allows you to.
