No Fun Anymore
This was a pretty big meh. The keynote was boring and there weren't
any surprises due to the rumor mill. Keynotes just aren't fun any
more. Apple didn't add anything that was revolutionary (or even that
interesting). The iPhone GS now has feature parity with most of it's
competition, it got a (MUCH) needed speed boost, and has a compas
(double meh).

Snow Leopard is dull as well. It's a glorified service pack and re-
tooling of the operating system. There are a few UI tweaks and
Exchange support. Again, meh. While I look forward to a mail app
that doesn't crash hang/crash every few hours and a finder that
(maybe) can handle network transfers without bringing my machine to
a grinding halt ... where's the cool new stuff? Where's the innovation?
A new multithreaded dispatcher just doesn't do it for me. And
pervasive 64 bit support? Yay, we have finally caught up to Windows.

What a disappointment.
